Jessica’s House offers grief support for children, teens, young adults and their families in Turlock, California. Their rented facility was no longer serving their growing needs. The capital campaign, named “For Healing Hearts,” raised $6 million for a new, permanent facility that offered room to expand their programs and eliminate wait lists.

Along with the capital campaign, we updated the Jessica’s House branding including stationery, printed materials and website.

The For Healing Hearts Capital Campaign materials were designed to share the vision and impact for the new, permanent home of Jessica’s House. During construction, the community was invited to send prayers that were written on the plywood and beams before being covered by drywall. Major donors to the capital campaign were memorialized with a wall art installation located in the lobby. The public was invited to join the campaign by sponsoring a building block, which were displayed prominently in the dining room. To sustain the free grief support services, The Heart Circle Drive was established to maintain an ongoing donor base. The Heart Circle donors gather for celebrations throughout the year.
